Fragile items get extra care. Graded slabs and anything glass or screen-based ship double-boxed with corner protection. That's baked into the price, not an add-on.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the condition they arrived in. Sealed collectables must remain sealed to qualify, once opened, that item is final sale.
Open the order under "Purchase history" and select "Return this item." This is the fastest path as it notifies us immediately and keeps everything on the record eBay already has for your order.
Pack it the way it arrived where possible. For buyer's-remorse returns, return shipping is on you; for our mistakes or damaged/wrong items, we cover the label.
Once the item is back with us and checked, refunds process within 2 business days to your original payment method through eBay.
Damaged in transit or not as described? Message us on eBay with photos within 3 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away. No need to wait on the standard return window for this.
